I am sure that most of you have heard of Upromise and the ways that they can help you save for your child's college expenses. Now, they are hosting a sweepstakes to help you win one of 11 prizes. The grand prize is $10,000 to ONE winner, and then TEN winners will each receive $1,000.

To participate, you will need to visit the Dream Wall destination at www.upromisetodream.com and submit your story of how you are helping to make your child's dreams become reality. If you have a blog, I'd suggest writing a post about your dream submission because your readers can then Vote for your submission by "liking" it. If you choose not to participate yourself by submitting a story, you can still visit the wall and read the submissions of others and help them by "liking" their submission. You can click this link for a complete list of  dream wall official rules.

My dream is for my children to find a subject they are passionate about, and pursue a college degree in that area. I think people are more successful and happier in life when they are pursing a career they are passionate about. Each of my children are very different. I have one that is more creative and artistic, another that loves reading and science, and the other enjoys math and physical activities. My kids are still very young, so their interests will likely change as they grow and mature. My goal is not to pressure them into any particular area, but to ensure that they are performing to the best of their abilities in each and every subject (they do have to pass classes they don't necessarily like), and to also go outside what is assigned to them in areas they like to learn as much as possible about that industry to see if it is something they might want to pursue one day. I want to nurture their dreams and help them achieve their goals.
