There is something so delightful about books set in this time period where men were polite and gentlemen-like, and women were full of grace and charm. People are respectable, use proper manners, and are focused on enjoying the company of one another. Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, full of magic and charm; mix in a little romance, and you have the makings of a marvelous story!
